We pride ourselves on listening to our customers and continuously work to improve their experience with our company. And just like we listen to our customers, we also pay close attention to what is going on in the industry and business, especially topics and trends that directly impact our company. We’re always listening to our customers, and over the years, we’ve been taking notes on their feedback in reference to our website.
Without getting too ‘techy,’ the Google search algorithm affect how websites rank in online search results. We realized that our existing and potential new customers were having difficulty finding us in Google search results. We decided to do a complete overhaul and launch a new website that optimized the ever changing search algorithm so we can be more easily found online, while also making our website mobile-friendly.
Our new website is a much cleaner design, easier to use and features great photography of our business and products, while making it easier to interact with Mill Direct.
